This is a community-based learning interim. Our class will be in constant motion to different sites with different community leaders. SOME DAYS, WE'LL MOVE AS A FULL CLASS; OTHER DAYS, WE'LL MOVE IN SMALL GROUPS. CHECK MOODLE CONSISTENTLY FOR DETAILED INFORMATION ON WHERE TO MEET.
ATTENDANCE: UNLESS STUDENTS ARE ILL OR HAVE AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, PERFECT ATTENDANCE IS THE EXPECTATION FOR THIS COURSE. students interested in receiving a "high pass" for this interim must have perfect attendance. students interested in passing this interim can have no more than 1 unexcused absence.
EXPECTATIONS: EVERY WEEK, THERE WILL BE A REFLECTION ASSIGNMENT ON MOODLE THAT WILL SUPPORT YOU IN THINKING THROUGH WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND LEARNING EACH DAY. IN ORDER TO PASS, YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL REFLECTIONS. REFLECTIONS ARE DUE ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 1/30.
